Herbal Reiki

45 min session, beginning with breath awareness to begin inner cleansing and relaxation, while lying down. Music , herbs and other elements of nature are used in the area for their vibrations, During the session, one is brought to a relaxed state, as Reiki energy is being used along with the vibrational elements needed for the individual.

This is open to any belief or religious practice one follows. All are welcome. All that is required is willingness.

*Colima salt, water and fruit are offered at the end of the session, to keep the body in balance and prevent energy headaches/flu.
